By using ChatWrapped ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

ChatWrapped is a browser-based tool that analyses WhatsApp chat exports. All analysis runs locally in your browser. We do not receive, store, or process your chat messages.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Upload chat exports you do not have permission to analyse
  • Use the Service to harass, defame, or harm others
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service
  • Share reports that contain private information about individuals without their consent

4. Pro subscription & refunds

Pro features are unlocked via a one-time license key purchase. The license is personal and non-transferable. We reserve the right to revoke a license if it is found to be used fraudulently or in violation of these terms.

5. Shared reports

When you create a shared report, you grant ChatWrapped a non-exclusive licence to store and display the anonymised statistics contained in that report. You are responsible for ensuring you have the consent of all participants before sharing a report publicly.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy of the analysis, uninterrupted availability, or fitness for any particular purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChatWrapped shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Israel.
